The resistance to working on Kindly Incident is real.

I worked on it some, but only by not playing video games, and only after I stalled with other creative activities plus weeding.

I am not sure what Nano Banana Pro is doing with the thumb drive that’s in its own comic frame, and it looks a bit like a scene from BoJack Horseman, but that’s fine.

I meant to edit with Caelum and Lirael this week, but I didn’t. Missing presence is on my mind as much as delaying the novel mss.

Still, I slept in (which is always nice) and had a great night out with friends. A great night out with friends is always higher priority. And I was very invested in a blog post, which is still honoring my writing practice. Plus, Phoebe is a delight in the backyard. My change of plans was good, and I can edit with Caelum and Lirael in the near future.
